Scheduling
When you schedule a service within our
Studio or Spa, a credit card or gift certificate number is required to hold your appointment.
 
Spa Arrival Time
Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment time. This will allow you time to fill out a Spa information form and relax, which will enable us to serve you efficiently.
Or, you have the option to arrive early enough to take advantage of our steam rooms and lounging facilities. Give yourself at least 30 minutes to fully relax!

Cancellation Policy
Due to the high demand for relaxation in this fast paced world, we have realized a cancellation policy is necessary. If you schedule an appointment and find you are unable to keep it, please give us at least 24 hours notice. This policy provides our staff the opportunity to schedule other clients into your previously held appointment time. If you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be shortened so as not to inconvenience the next client scheduled for the room you are in and/or the staff member you are with. Your time within our Studio & Spa is reserved for you and cannot be held without a credit card or gift certificate number in place. Upon canceling, if a 24-hour notice is not given, ½ the appointment cost will be charged to your credit card or from your gift certificate.
Failure to arrive for an appointment without canceling will result in a 100% charge for the service missed. This policy is put in place to compensate the service providers left without a client at this time.

All our hair services start at a base price and can increase depending on the work necessary to achieve your desired look!

Out In The Studio 
No, we are not quiet here. Our staff can be outrageous! Allow our highly qualified stylists a chance to renew or reform your look.
We offer any type of hairstyle known to mankind. It is a wonderful world of
colour, shape & style.

Within The Spa
The Spa is located on the upper floor of our building. 3000 square feet of relaxing atmosphere and soft music. We ask you to
turn off your phones & pagers,
& turn down the volume of your voice for the comfort & consideration of all others.
Robes, wraps, slippers & towels will be supplied for your comfort.
During your treatment, you will always be properly draped to protect your privacy.

Spa Days & Packages
If you have the opportunity to spend the day with us you will have lunch served to you in our garden lunchroom or on our balcony.
Please let us know of any diet concerns prior to the day of service. Our most popular packages are pre-designed for you, or if you wish to customize your own package of three or more services (excluding waxing), you will receive 10% off the individual pricing.
